What the heck!!! He's frustrated and you tell him Oh No You Don't!!!!! But he just doesn't understand.
It's not bad to eat something sweet, but it's not good either! It's not good if you have it all the time, but once in a while is alright! But instead of you kid chumping down on some chocolate all by it's self, make it healthier but keep the chocolate, just put it inside a recipe...like this one!
Homemade Trail Mix
1/2 chocolate bar chopped up 1 C granola 1/4 C nuts (anykind)
1/4 C dried fruit sliced a sprinkle of brown sugar
if you are allergic to nuts you can just leave them out, or add more fruit
Now that dose have unhealthy stuff in it, but it is covered up with healthier foods to make it not count as much.
Hot summer days-sticky icky (yummy) sugary popsicles-not needed!!!!!
Instead of sending your child to the truck with $3 and hearing "pop goes the weasel" 20 more times do this instead
The Home Free Slushes
1 cup of juice 1 spoon
(make sure the cup is freezable)
Put the spoon in the cup and place it in the freezer for about 3 hrs.
This is a graet one, my brother and I will pay each other for the leftover slushes, but it can take a long time to freeze, so if you have leftover juice from the morning just stick it in the freezer and it will be perfect after school
Bye For Now
